  1. Shipments consist of 3 or 6 bottles of your choosing 4x/year.
  2. Take home your first CUSTOM shipment the day you sign up.
  3. Your next CUSTOM shipment will be processed 3 months after your first order.
  4. You will receive an email two weeks prior to your upcoming shipment notifying you it’s time to customize your order.
  5. Membership benefits are immediately activated once you complete online signup.

When can I expect my first shipment?

If you join during a visit to the Ranch, you may take your first order home with you that day and your benefits become effective immediately! If you join online, orders are packaged and setup for shipment the next 2-3 business days.

When do my benefits begin?

Your benefits will be activated as soon as you’ve signed up and received your first shipment (whether in person or shipped). You must take a minimum of two shipments per year to maintain an active status.

As a wine club member, your benefits include discounted tasting flights for the Member +1 guest, 50% off all to-go bottle purchases, 10% discount off on-site purchases, plus more!

Can I make changes to my order/shipment?

Orders are fully customizable PRIOR to billing. Approximately two weeks prior to a shipment, you will receive an email which offers you an opportunity to make changes to your order before we process it. Once an order has been processed and billed, we are unable to make any changes or refunds.

Does someone need to sign for my shipment?

Yes, all shipments must be signed for by someone 21 years of age or older. If no one is present at the time of delivery, there will be two more attempts made prior to being returned to our warehouse. If your wine is returned to us for any reason, we can reship the order. However, please note, any reshipping fees will be charged to the credit card on your account. We suggest shipping to a business address, if possible, to avoid any missed shipments or delays.

Can I put my membership on hold?

You may put your membership on hold for up to six months. During the time the membership is on hold, your benefits are also on hold. Once the membership is reactive, your benefits resume.

How do I cancel my membership?

Your membership may be cancelled after fulfilling a two-shipment minimum. We hope your membership lasts a lifetime but realize that isn’t always the case.

To cancel your membership, we must receive your request in writing via email at Upon cancellation, we will email you a cancellation confirmation. If you do not receive this, your membership may not be fully cancelled.

Any orders or shipments that haven’t been picked up prior to cancellation may not be refunded.
