UNCORK is our privately-hosted, premium wine tasting experience, an exclusive selection of five wines, four of which are unavailable for regular winery tasting. Our knowledgeable wine educator will spend 60 minutes with guests in a secluded area of the property, guiding them through wine profiles, food pairing suggestions, and other wine-related topics. Experience – A 60-minute experience is $80/guest and suitable for a maximum of eight guests, 21+ years of age, due in full at time of reservation (refundable w/48 hour notice). Your experience includes a dedicated tasting host while seated outside. You are welcome to bring your own charcuterie board.
Early/Late Arrival – Arrive on time as the 60-minute reservation time may not be extended. Early arrivals may not be seated early. We invite you to purchase a glass of wine to enjoy until your reservation time. Late arrivals cannot have the reservation time extended and may not allow the proper amount of time to fully enjoy the tasting experience.
Additional Guests – Your reservation will be specifically for the number of guests who will be enjoying the tasting experience. If your total guest count includes non-drinkers or children, please let us as soon as possible to confirm if we can accommodate you.
Children – Ages 3-12 years are not allowed. Children ages 12+ must remain seated at all times during the tasting experience and must be accompanied by a adult at all times when walking around the winery.
